Andy Rodriguez is no stranger to the sales and marketing world. From his career in print and online advertising to his relentless and eager sales approach, Andy has always had the right formula for success. He started his own website development business when "online" was still being defined. Although he's been accused of being a great affiliate marketing manager, Andy has ventured into the consultation field where he can expand and share his knowledge of affiliate marketing with the rest of the industry. Emilio Yepez co-founded ARC Media Consultants in the spring of 2006. Emilio’s responsibilities included Business Development and Affiliate Program Management. Emilio started his E-Commerce and Affiliate Marketing career in 1996 with CITV.com, one of the first online Christian Internet Radio and Television Networks. Shortly thereafter, Emilio accepted a position with Interval International, a division of Inter Active Corporation (IAC). During his 11 year career with IAC, Emilio held various positions throughout the company. During his tenure he was a divisional manager for Marriott and Hyatt Resorts and assisted in the marketing, testing and development of IntervalWorld.com. Emilio is now a consulting board member of ARC and resides in Miami, Florida with his wife and two children.

Andy Rodriguez Jr. is the Information Technology Director for ARC Media Consultants. He specializes in back-end reporting for the affiliate channel, Search Engine Marketing, Web Video Production and is the support technician for ARC Media Consultants' systems.
Andy Jr. is currently attending Florida International University pursuing his degree in Information Technology. He has held the position of CEO for his company Xenon Solutions for 4 years which is a Small Business IT and consulting firm. Andy Jr. has been working in Ecommerce with respect to Affiliate Marketing for 6 years along side of ARC Media Consultants and is now also assisting with the local marketing efforts.

Jason Carbonell works as part of the Creative Services Department for ARC Media Consultants. His attention is focused on web design and development in Miami, Florida where he is pursuing a degree in Web and Interactive Media Design. Jason has spent extensive time researching and applying different technologies that affect web development as an industry and is currently applying his background education into ARC Media Consultants web development projects.
Jason is currently a student at Ai Miami International University of Art & Design where he is pursuing his Bachelors in Web and Interactive Media Design. Jason has also given his time to the community by building websites in remembrance of fallen officers in South Florida and creating an online community for police officers around the world to communicate and network.

Jennifer Paladino studied architecture and design at Florida International University, graduating with a Bachelors of Interior Design (BID). With an eye for detailed design and her ability to communicate concepts to clients, she has had the pleasure of working with awarded design firms as a technical drafter, stylist, and stage designer. She joined the ARC Media Consultants family as a Project Manager, and further developed a love for marketing and graphic design. She utilizes her communication skills as a project manager in client relations, serving as a liaison in ARC’s business production.

Luisa Guerra has been working as Graphic Designer since 1998, and graduated in
October 2008 from American Intercontinental University where she received her
Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications.
